Norton Motorcycles - Atlas Price: POA

Last Updated On: 28/04/2021

The original Norton Atlas was built by the company between 1962 and 1968, when it was replaced by the iconic Commando. Norton have now brought the name back in two model variations, the Ranger and Nomad. Both are designed for road as well as for off road adventures, and the Ranger is described as a 'funky street scrambler style' and the Nomad as 'roadster style'.

Both models are built around a common platform and use the same Norton designed 650cc parallel twin, derived from the new V4 Racer's 1200cc powerplant and utilising many of the main components. Power output is 84bhp and torque is 64Nm.

Body style and mechanical specifications vary slightly between each model, the latter particularly in relation to seat height, front supension wheel travel and wheel size.
